Dave BehlmanFritz updated our entire heating and cooling system and did an excellent job. Ben is very knowledgeable in how these systems work, and what equipment is needed to upgrade efficiency. Will be using them for future services and highly recommend.Posted on Google
Kim V.Fritz Air was recommended to us because we needed our furnace serviced for the winter. Their line of work includes servicing of furnaces, boilers, heat & air conditioning, oil tanks, gas & oil services, duct fabrication, and custom sheet metal fabrication. When we called to book an appointment, they were available and prompt on the day of the appointment. At another time, our furnace was down and they were out quickly to diagnose the issue. They were speedily and available at all hours, especially when an emergency arised. They found the issue our furnace had. Thankfully, the issue was resolved by them and the furnace and heat is currently still working. Since it's winter, it's crucial that we have heat. Overall, the service provided and the value has been great and I highly recommend them.Posted on Google

AndreaThis review is long overdue. Since I moved into my home in West Simsbury back in April, Fritz Air has been with me. I had so many issues with the heating and then had to have a full boiler replacement after I lost all hot water. Each time something came up I called Fritz Air and spoke with Chris and he always made it a priority to get someone over to my house. If I missed him and texted or left a vm I heard right back. He and the Fritz team appreciate the customer's sense of urgency. Ben, the owner, even joins many of the maintenance calls and especially for the big jobs. He is amazing and his technicians are so capable. Lastly, I found the prices to be reasonable and the warranty and coverage post-job is better than I have seen in other services. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.Posted on Google

Caroline HauserMy husband and I moved into our home in February of 2024. First, the furnace went out at the beginning of March. Now, keep in mind it’s an older unit that they don’t make anymore. Replacing would have been over $5K. But, they were able to get a new motor (which is why it went out) from the manufacturer and came out right away once he got it. The hot water tank needed to be replaced once he also saw it while replacing the motor for the furnace. We just replaced it today. They came on time and replaced it fast. Still the best price out of others we have called on. I would highly recommend this company. When the time comes for the furnace to be fully replaced, I will use them. Thank you!!Posted on Google
Barbara SpielmanThey showed up early, did a great job, less than was quoted and so friendly. I can't say enough about Fritz Air, they are now my go to for home heating.Load more
